Crystal Shugars, 70th President -email- Crystal joined the Klamath Falls chapter of the Jaycees in 2002. She has since served in several offices, including: Secretary, Treasurer, Chapter President, and most recently Chair of the Board. During 2007, she served as the State Secretary. In 2008, she served as Management Vice President for the State Board. Crystal Shugars is prepared to help Oregon excel. Known for her passion and commitment to the Jaycee organization, Crystal's goal for the Oregon Jaycees is to expand membership by making the organization more appealing to everyone, past, present, and future. "Our organization is ready for a change, and I plan to make that change an exciting one. My hope is that we can come together as an organization, build our chapters and ourselves, and have fun while doing it."
George Abele, Chairman of the Board -email- George joined the Corvallis Jaycees in April 1988. He served as chapter president in 1993-94. He was recognized as one of the top local chapter presidents and received the Bob Cole Memorial Award. In 1994-95 he moved up to the state level serving as the state credentials chairman. As state treasurer he served from 1995-1998 and again in 2004-2005 working under five different administrations. He served as state Community Development Vice-president in 1999. For his efforts as state treasurer in 2005, he received the R. Bradley Trafton Award from the United States Jaycees. On January 21, 2006, George became the 68th president of the Oregon Jaycees. Under his leadership the state finished 2006 #6 in the national parade of states. Due to his efforts, the United States Jaycees honored him with the Allen Whitfield Memorial Award.

Justin Pratt, Community Development Vice President -email- Justin currently serves as Chair of Board for the McMinnville Jaycees. He has served in the office of President for his local chapter.

Edgar Shugars, Business Development Vice President -email- Edgar joined the Klamath Falls Jaycees in 2003. He served as Management Development Vice President, President, and is the current Chair of Board. Edgar is also the newest Oregon Senator.
